30-day returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
How to start a return
Email info@bathandart.com or call 657-271-9640 with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with simple return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect - in that case we will cover the return shipping or simply send you a replacement free of charge. A photo of the issue helps us resolve it faster.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
